📘 Mandatory & Elective Modules
To strengthen core competence and promote holistic growth, the curriculum includes both mandatory and elective modules aligned with INC guidelines.
Mandatory Modules:
- Health Assessment
- First Aid (NDMA guidelines)
- IMNCI, ENBC, FBNBC (Newborn Care)
- SBA (Skilled Birth Attendant Training)
- National Health Program Protocols
- BCLS & ACLS (Life Support Training)
Elective Modules:
Students must complete four electives (one credit each = 20 hours):
- Semesters I–IV: Human Values, Diabetes Care, Palliative Care, Disaster Management
- Semesters V–VI: Personality Development, Adolescent Health, Addiction Psychiatry, Sports Health, Health Economics
- Semesters VII–VIII: Scientific Writing, Lactation Management, Stress Management, Soft Skills
Performance is assessed through assignments, simulations, and viva voce.
